Influencer Casting for Retail & Property|RETAIL PROPERTY
Influencer casting for department stores, commercial facilities, housing, and property. The goal here isn't awareness — it's the visit, the attendance, the viewing itself. So we prioritize whether someone is read within reach of the location, over sheer influence. For in-facility events and seasonal campaigns, we design for repeated exposure within the window.
Posts aimed at driving visits to a facility, built around talent read within the trade area, showing the flow through the space itself.
Time-limited campaigns — Christmas, pop-ups, special events — with multiple posts layered within the window to build density.
Model rooms, housing showcases, resort-property introductions, shown through talent who can speak to the context of staying or living there.
We choose by trade area
For campaigns aimed at driving visits, being read within the trade area matters more than national reach. We build around people who live within reach of the location, designed to convert into an actual visit.
We layer exposure within the window
Special events and seasonal campaigns run on a limited window. Rather than a single post, our default is layering multiple people's posts within that window to build density.
We show the flow through the space
Rather than a single-store introduction, showing how someone moved through the whole facility conveys what a visit actually feels like. We sometimes get involved from the facility's own visitor-flow design.

How do you measure the effect on visitor numbers?
We look at SNS-side numbers — reach and profile visits — alongside the facility's own visit data and campaign-period coupon usage where available. Since SNS alone can't prove a visit happened, we recommend planning for that cross-reference at the campaign-design stage.
Can you run campaigns for facilities outside major cities?
Yes — and the effect of choosing locally read talent tends to show up even more clearly outside major cities. A post from someone read within that local community tends to convert to an actual visit more reliably than a post from a nationally influential account. We design the casting radius around the trade area.
Can this be used for in-facility events or pop-up announcements?
Yes. For time-limited campaigns, aligning posting timing to build layered exposure is effective. We design pre-opening announcements, in-progress visit reports, and closing-window pushes as distinct posts placed across the window.
Can you handle housing or model-room introductions?
Yes. Housing tends to read better framed as a lifestyle proposal than a facility introduction. We choose people who already post about their everyday life and show the property as an extension of it. We also support editorial-style features.
