ブランドイベントへのインフルエンサー招致(KOL招致)|EVENT CASTING
Casting influencers for brand events (KOL invitation) means selecting voices who fit a brand's world for receptions, launches, and pop-ups, then designing and running the whole arc so the day's experience lives on as SNS posts. STATS has worked with international luxury brands including CHAUMET, ZENITH, JIMMY CHOO, MANOLO BLAHNIK, BALMAIN, Ferragamo, Christian Louboutin, BURBERRY FRAGRANCE, and DOLCE&GABBANA FRAGRANCE, handling everything as one team — guest-list design, invitations, negotiation, RSVP management, on-site hosting, post verification, and measurement reporting.
Since our founding in 2021, STATS has worked on 850+ projects for 240+ brands, including international luxury names. We've handled many projects requiring strict headquarters approval, casting for invitation-only events across jewelry, watches, footwear, fragrance, and fashion.

From guest-list design to post measurement — we handle all eight steps in-house.
No need to coordinate separate casting, production, and reporting agencies. We define upfront exactly who owns what.
We map the event's purpose, the brand's world we need to protect, the day's content, and what should happen on SNS as a result. We align with you upfront on what success looks like — measured in posts, not headcount.
We shortlist candidates on fit with the brand first, then verify with engagement rate, posting patterns, and follower age/gender data. In parallel, we review recent post history for competitor tie-ups, active ambassador contracts, and any past controversy — and build a list detailed enough to submit for headquarters approval, with rationale attached.
We handle outreach to the talent and their agency, negotiate appearance and posting terms and usage rights, and manage the contract. You never need to deal with individual influencers directly.
We centrally manage invitation delivery, RSVP collection and follow-up, and day-of capacity adjustments. With our proprietary check-in system S/PASS, guests need no app and check in via QR in about two seconds — with live RSVP status shared with you throughout.
We brief every invited guest ahead of time on the day's flow, what can and can't be filmed, required hashtags and mentions, and anything off-limits. The more care we put in here, the fewer corrections needed on the day — and the fewer posts that drift from the brand's world.
Our team is on-site from check-in to close, liaising between the brand and guests, guiding people to photo moments, directing shots, and checking material as it's captured. If someone is late or doesn't show, we handle the adjustment on the spot.
We review content before it's posted, check it against regulations, manage the publish schedule, and confirm it went live as agreed. Invitation isn't the finish line — we see the promised post through to publication in the agreed form.
After the event, we measure posting rate against guests invited, reach, engagement, and any UGC generated, delivered as a report. Because how far the experience traveled is recorded in numbers, each invitation is designed with more precision than the last.
How do you check that an invited candidate isn't already working with a competing brand?
For each candidate, we review recent post history for competitor tie-ups, gifting posts, and event appearances, plus any active ambassador contracts and their terms, and any past statements at odds with the brand's world. We attach this to the candidate deck alongside our rationale, so the brand and headquarters can use it directly to decide. We define the scope of competitors to avoid during the briefing stage and build the list against that definition.
Can you handle the SNS posting itself, not just the invitation?
Yes. Invitation is only the start — negotiating posting terms, reviewing content and checking regulatory compliance before it goes live, managing the publish schedule, confirming it's live, and delivering a measurement report on posting rate, reach, and engagement are all part of our standard scope. Influencer casting is our original business, so running and managing posts is core to what we do.
Do I need separate vendors for casting and event production?
No. Event planning and venue design, influencer selection and invitation, on-site operations and hosting, video and photo production, SNS amplification design, and post-campaign measurement all run through one team. Split across vendors, the intent behind who was cast often gets lost by the time it reaches operations or post design. Holding it all together means one consistent tone, all the way through to the post.
Can you handle headquarters approval for international brands?
Yes. We've run many projects for international luxury brands with strict HQ approval — building candidate decks for approval, articulating the rationale for each choice, and handling regulatory alignment. For event invitations, the guest list itself is often the subject of approval, so we build the process in from the start of list-building.
How do you prepare for no-shows or late arrivals?
We manage RSVPs centrally from the moment invitations go out, confirming and following up right up to the event. We also build in guest-count headroom at the design stage, worked back from your target number of posts, with room to adjust on the day. If someone doesn't show, our on-site team handles the adjustment — so your operations aren't disrupted.
How many people should we invite?
We recommend a number worked back from your goal. Our own records show that smaller, more carefully hosted events tend to produce a higher guest posting rate — more guests doesn't always mean more posts. Whether you're maximizing reach or deepening brand affinity changes the right balance of scale and density. We design with past measurement data attached, so expectations are set in numbers.
How much do you manage on filming and publishing regulations?
We cover the pre-event briefing, on-site shot direction, content review before posting, and post-publish confirmation. Guidelines — what can be filmed, required hashtags and mentions, anything off-limits, and usage rights — are communicated to every guest ahead of time and enforced throughout.
What's included in the report?
We measure and record posting rate against guests invited, reach and engagement per post, and any UGC generated. Success is measured by how far the experience traveled — not headcount at the venue. Because each new proposal builds on the last measurement, casting and invitation design get sharper the longer we work together.
Primary-source reports drawn from our own campaign records, plus field notes on how the work actually gets done. Where the industry deals in impressions, we answer in numbers.
